I joined Bissell Centre in 2014 as Marketing Manager, bringing insights from my work at Hope Mission. My first priority was revamping Bissell’s website—a key platform for inspiring support and action. From there, I launched campaigns, strengthened our creative standards, and aligned marketing closely with fundraising. I believed marketing should serve resource development, and together with the Fundraising team, we built a thriving Annual Giving program rooted in storytelling and community generosity. Over eight years, I helped grow donor participation, deepen community engagement, and increase annual donations.
